Frequently Asked Questions
The Sanctuary is billed monthly. However, if you purchased the discounted "pay upfront" package, you will be charged only one time. If you choose the monthly package, you will immediately be charged $150. You will be charged again for $150 approximately 30 days later, and then again every month for 12 months.
As soon as you complete the enrollment process you will be emailed access to your account. You are free to join the Facebook Group, meet the rest of the women who are sisters of The Sanctuary members and start browsing the incredible content already populated within it.
Regardless of when you become a part of The Sanctuary, every week you will have access to new training content & course materials. If you paid in full, you will receive access to a private call with Iskah soon after your purchase.
Absolutely. The Sanctuary is built on a fully encrypted platform complete with SSL certificates.
Yes. Each month's materials are rolled out one module at a time. If you don't have the time to complete the module, you can download all the printed materials (PDF's, study-guides, etc) and complete them later. Or simply login to your dashboard when you have time.
Iskah will participate in the Facebook Group (a few times a week), weekly livestreams in the group and Live Group Calls (every Monday) to answer any questions. Sanctuary members are also given VIP rates for private coaching, healing, and visioning sessions with Iskah.
While your membership is active you can download any current material. If you cancel your membership, you will not be able to access any Sanctuary material. If you paid in full upfront, you will have lifetime access to all materials.
