6. Termination of Participation

The Phoenix Path reserves the right to terminate a participant's involvement in the course for violations of these terms, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, breach of confidentiality, or non-payment of fees.

Terms and Agreement for 12-Month Phoenix Path Payment Plan
1. Introduction
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the 12-month payment plan for the Phoenix Path program provided by Jessica Benstock.
2. Payment Plan
- Total Program Fee: $10,000
- Payment Schedule: Monthly installments of $835 for 12 months.
- Payment Method: Payments will be automatically charged to the provided payment method on the same day each month.
3. Payment Terms
- Initial Payment: The first installment of $835 is due upon enrollment.
- Subsequent Payments: Each subsequent payment of $835 will be automatically deducted on the same date of each month as the initial payment.
- Late Payments: Late payments will incur a late fee of $50. If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, access to the program may be suspended until the account is brought current.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of the initial payment for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided.
- Program Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw from the program after 14 days, you are still responsible for the remaining payments on the plan.
- Program Termination: Jessica Benstock reserves the right to terminate your enrollment if you fail to comply with the program guidelines or if payments are consistently late.
5. Access to Program Materials
- Material Availability: Upon receipt of each payment, you will receive access to the next module of the Phoenix Path program.

7. Dispute Resolution
- Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
